  • Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within India.
  • International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and weight of the package.

2. Shipping Time

  • Domestic Orders: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address and courier service.
  • International Orders: International orders may take 7-15 business days to be processed and shipped. Delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance and other factors.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the courier website.  

4. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer support to cancel your order.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you can return it for a full refund (see our Return Policy for more details).

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.  

6. Shipping Carrier

  • We use a reliable courier service to ship your order. The specific courier service may vary depending on your location.

7. Import Duties and Taxes

  • For international orders, any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support immediately. We will investigate the issue and take necessary steps to resolve it.
